Sock Hop
The Sock Hop is an old-school 1950’s style dance, hosted at the Sunken Ballroom in Portland’s very beautiful Art Museum, on the evening of Friday, August 7th, from 7:00-11:00pm. If you have a poodle skirt, this is the day to wear it—with your very best socks, of course. (Naturally, you can come as you are. The poodle skirt is a fun suggestion, not a mandatory uniform.) Tickets will be sold first to Students (you may bring any guests you like, and purchase as many tickets as you like) and then to the general public, because it seemed a shame not to let everybody have fun this big.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased on the registration page.
