Add colour and coloured texture to your heel flaps the easy way. Use this technique for simple 1 row stripes or slip stitches; from 2 and 3 colour moss stitch to vertical stripes and dots. Never work with more than one strand of yarn at a time, but avoid sewing in those 100 ends. Once you’ve sparked up the heel flaps on your socks, knit a scarf from your bits of left over yarn, decorate the yoke of a sweater or knit a finged stranded pattern shawl. Endless possibilities will occur to you. In this hands on class, you will learn the basic technique, then play with your yarn and try the more complicated looking but easy textures and stripes.
This class is a one hour wonder that repeats three times in the hour block it is offered in.
