Getting Comfortable Knitting Socks

3 hours of tips, tricks, and troubleshooting to help new sock knitters gain the skills and confidence to bust out socks like their seasoned sock-knitting friends.  We walk through the sock from cuff-to-toe (or toe-to-cuff if you prefer), discussing tips for making socks the quick, easy, portable project that they are touted to be, as well as customized sizing tricks, how to do sock math, how to remember the Kitchener stitch, how to recognize where you are in a sock pattern, and why each part of a sock is “the fun part!”  We will also reveal the secret to managing sock patterns, sock yarn labels, and notes without your knitting bag looking like the “junk drawer.”
