Knitters find that Japanese stitch dictionaries offer a wealth of beautiful stitch patterns. We’ll explore the intricacies of some of these stitches, swatch two or three, and design a sock using a stitch pattern from a Japanese book. We’ll also discuss the pros and cons of available dictionaries, and sources for obtaining them. Please note that all these stitch patterns are charted.
