Tired of working another boring slipped stitch heel? Want to spice up your sock heels? Then bring on dead sexy heels! Learn how to incorporate the sock design into your heels for patterns that feature a traditional heel-flap. Different variables to consider when incorporating the design will be discussed, such as fit, durability, and how to transition from the leg to the heel. Examples of how different sock patterns feature dead sexy heels will be used as a jumping-off point for students to practice incorporating the sock design into their heels. Students are also encouraged to bring in sock patterns with a traditional heel-flap that they would like to incorporate the sock design into. By the end of the class, the sock knitter will feel inspired to modify sock pattern heels or, better yet, design their own dead sexy heels!
