Basic Crochet Socks

Crochet socks are easy to make and work up quickly! Learn how to make simple crocheted socks all in one piece from the cuff down and using short-rowed heels.  In deference to time, in class we will be working on a child’s sized sock, but you will go home with all you need to create socks of any size.

This class is taught by: Karen Ratto-Whooley.

Class Level:Advanced beginner
Class Skills:Must know basic how to chain, single crochet, slip stitch.

Class Materials:

-250 yards or more of sock yarn.  Fingering weight preferred
-Sizes C (2.75 mm), D (3.25 mm) and size E (3.5 mm) crochet hooks
-Scissors
-Yarn needle
