2-at-a-Time Socks
Melissa Morgan-Oakes ends the drudgery of second sock syndrome by showing knitters how to cast on and knit two socks at one time on one circular needle. Goodbye to lonely abandoned single socks. Hello to unlimited pretty pairs worn with pride and a gratifying sense of accomplishment. Students will construct a pair of child-sized sample socks during class under Melissa’s skilled guidance. After class, students are ready to face the world two socks at a time!

| Class Skills: | A solid understanding of sock anatomy and some experience with sock knitting is recommended for students in this class. Minimally, knitters should have experience knitting "in the round" and have an understanding of short rows. |

1-40” long circular, US4/3.5mm (If students already own a 40” long circular needle of a size between and US4/3.5mm and US8/5mm, they may choose to use that needle rather than purchasing a new one. The 40” length is the critical issue.) | |
